my scarf update.. i started yesterday around 8 am and i finished two, and about a fourth way done with the third.. this is the first time i've used HUGE (17s) needles.. I LOVE IT 

my son so graciously modeled my scarf.. for about thirty seconds until he figured out i was taking his picture lol he kept moving so this is the best one i got :) he decided he HAD to wear it when we went to pick up the girls from school yesterday, I'm thinking I better make him one in "boy" colors so he will give me mine back lol

this is what we woke up to on sunday!! which was good since that happened to be my only day off this week :) it was soooo pretty!!

Holidays

I hope everyone had a great holiday season.. I am going to be going picture happy on here since my wonderful mother in-law (the one who taught me to knit) gave me a digital camera for xmas!!!! THANK YOU ANNE.
we had a great holiday, my husband even bought me yarn (that is shocking since I have tons of it all over the apartment) of course he went to Michaels where my twin works and asked her what to get LOL. My son now has about two hundred hot wheels and of course they are all over this tiny living room, Eryka scored on books and dolls and jayda just loves the wrapping paper LOL she just turned one, so of course she's not sure what the present thing is yet.
She had a great birthday, she hated her cake. Touched the frosting and immediately screamed. I will put a pic of that up soon.
I also got some wonderful mickey pajamas from my mother in law and I refuse to take them off!!!

well, here's to a wonderful new year of knitting, I wish you all a happy new year!!!

This is my new obsession.. SOCKS.. i made a pair for my twin for xmas.. i will get a picture up soon, but these are for Eryka.  

this is the first "wearable" thing I made.. I told my daughter it was for a girl her size whos mom couldnt afford to buy her a dress.. so i could see if it fit her.. then i gave it to her for her birthday.. two years now and she still has it!!! I am sure she will ban me from knitting for her soon.. you know, it might become "uncool" lol
